The Topface eyeliner is ideal for creating crisp lines with rich color. It is water resistant and can be worn for about 12 hours or more. The special formula of the eyeliner is formulated with a water base for light, soft application and long-wearing.

Application:

1. Prepare the eyelid. First of all, you need to apply eye shadow, if they are in this makeup.
2. Take a stable position so that the line is straight: rest your elbow on the table.
3. Place dots or strokes at the base of the eyelash growth of the upper eyelid. This will make the line even more straightforward. Do not move the arrow in one motion at once.
4. Connect the strokes in one line, align it and draw a slightly raised arrow on the outer edge of the eye.
5. If necessary, repeat the same steps on the lower eyelid.
6. Finish off your eye makeup with mascara.
7. Remove any bumps and marks, if any, with a cotton swab dipped in makeup remover.
